Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cu999 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account services available at cu999. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cu999 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on cu999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

cu999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the cu999 platform. Account Registration

5. cu999 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.

cu999 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, that is suspected of fraudulent activity, or that poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In the event of account closure for breach, cu999 reserves the right to withhold associated funds pending investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cu999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cu999 does not impose foreign exchange conversions on player funds at any stage. The following payment conditions apply to all cu999 accounts:

cu999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds that are under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity, terms abuse, or money laundering. cu999 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Bonuses and Promotions

cu999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's calendar. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and each individual promotion will have its own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
2. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses in a systematic manner to exploit promotional terms — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting across multiple accounts, or wagering patterns that demonstrate an intent to withdraw bonus value without genuine gameplay — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3. cu999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is modified after a player has already claimed it, cu999 will honour the terms that were in place at the time of the claim.
4. Only one Welcome Bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Where multiple accounts are identified as sharing the same device or IP address, cu999 may restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
5. Bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits have no cash value prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement. Unused bonus credits may expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on cu999 are governed by individual game rules which are displayed within the game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply to all cu999 games and betting markets:

Responsible Gaming

4. Self-exclusion — players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from cu999 by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent account closure. cu999 will not reverse a self-exclusion during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cu999. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action where applicable:

1. Registering more than one account on cu999, whether under your own name, an alias, or any third-party identity.
2. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during account use, including during KYC verification.
3. Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated system to interact with cu999 games or betting markets in a manner not intended for genuine human players.
4. Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over cu999 or other players.
5. Using the cu999 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
6. Systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including but not limited to bonus hunting, staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

cu999 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Players found to be engaged in prohibited activities will have their accounts immediately closed, associated funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities. cu999 does not disclose details of its anti-fraud detection methods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cu999's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the cu999 platform is limited as set out in this section. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cu999's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

In no event shall cu999's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their cu999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

cu999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be published on the cu999 platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Where a change is material, cu999 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to active players via the platform or registered email address.

Your continued use of cu999 following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using cu999 and may withdraw any funds held in your account in accordance with the withdrawal conditions set out in these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cu999 operates as an online entertainment platform and all disputes shall be first referred to cu999's internal resolution process before any other proceedings are initiated.
